Being a first time home-buyer and no clue what the steps were to start the process, Shivon Lavallee was referred to me by a mutual friend. I immediately contacted Shivon and she replied quickly in helping me start my search in buying a home and being my realtor. Via text, emails and phone calls (any time of day or night) we had discussed what I was looking for in a home, what steps I needed to take to get the process going; she also referred me to home inspectors, lawyers, and helped me any way possible. Shivon made my experience much easier, satisfying and organized as she always had a plan for me and being out of the city of where I was moving too, I was able to connect via email to sign documents that were needed so I did not have to travel out of province. She was always supportive and helped me find the perfect house for the best price; she also looked into the small details of the home that I wouldn't have ever thought of (during house tours, home inspections, finalizing the conditions of the home, etc. ) Due to work, I did a quick possession and Shivon has been great in dealing with my mortgage broker, lawyer and myself on quick notice. I would highly recommend Shivon to any client looking to buy their perfect home, she is amazing to work with, and I couldn't have bought my perfect first home without her.
